He has performed throughout the country, honing an act that made him one of the youngest comedians to ever appear on The Late Show with David Letterman. Mike also starred in two episodes of Comedy Central Presents, but what truly galvanized his fan base is his “Secret Public Journal,” a weekly blog that Birbiglia emails to thirty thousand fans and broadcasts to millions on the nationally-syndicated Bob & Tom Radio Show. His reputation soared even higher with the painfully funny one-man-show, Sleepwalk with Me, about first love, first breakups, and how his own sleepwalking disorder nearly killed him.
